Business WiFi · Isle of Wight

Business WiFi on the Isle of Wight that reaches the back office, not just reception.

Business and guest WiFi for Isle of Wight offices, hotels, holiday lets, schools and surgeries, designed around your floor plan, not a single router dropped in a cupboard. Separate, secure networks for staff and guests, sized to the building and the number of devices actually using it.

How we design it

Surveyed first, installed second

We look at your building before we quote: where the dead spots are, how many people and devices need to connect, and whether the fabric of the building (thick walls, metal ceilings, distance between floors) is going to fight the signal. Access points get positioned and configured to suit, not just placed wherever there's a spare socket.

Staff and guest traffic run on separate, properly secured networks, so a visitor's device is never sitting on the same network as your business systems.

Good for

01

Offices

Reliable coverage for staff devices, VoIP handsets and everyday work.

02

Schools

Separate, filtered networks for staff and student devices.

03

Hospitality

Simple, branded guest WiFi that doesn't touch your back-office systems.

04

Healthcare

Secure networks that keep clinical systems separate from visitor access.

Guest WiFi

Guest WiFi that works for the business too

For hotels, pubs, cafés and holiday lets, guest WiFi can do more than keep visitors happy. A branded sign-in page can ask guests for an email address with their permission, so you build a mailing list while they're online.

Guest traffic always runs separately from your own systems, card machines and booking software.

FAQs

Business WiFi: your questions

How many WiFi access points will I need?

It depends on the building, not just its size. Thick stone walls, metal ceilings and multiple floors all change the answer, which is why we survey before we quote.

Can you keep guest WiFi separate from our business network?

Yes. Staff and guest networks are always separated, so visitors never share a network with your business systems or card machines.

Can guest WiFi collect email addresses for marketing?

Yes. A branded sign-in page can ask guests to opt in with their email address, which is popular with holiday lets, hotels and cafés.

Our WiFi drops out in parts of the building. Can you fix it?

Usually, yes. Dead spots come from access point placement, interference or the building itself. A coverage survey finds the cause before anything gets replaced.

Will WiFi work with our phone system?

Yes. We plan WiFi alongside VoIP handsets and the Linkus app so calls stay clear around the building.
